CLASSES BEGIN WITH AN EXPLANATION OF TECHNIQUES AND MODALITIES FOR NEWCOMERS. THEN, WE WARM UP WITH THREE DISTINCT EXERCISES. FROM THERE, WE GO INTO THE SPINE-STRENGTHENING SEQUENCE AND HIP-STRETCHING POSES. EVERY CLASS ENDS WITH SEATED MEDITATION.
