  • Inirly Yoga is a synthesis of specific meditation techniques, breathwork circuits, and a signature posture sequence. All techniques are physical and favor strength, endurance, and intensity.

  • Yoga is a set of physical exercises that generate increased states of calmness. With that, the point of the online studio is to provide students with daily opportunities to practice these techniques from the comfort of their own homes, under the guidance of knowledgeable instructors.

  • The benefits of joining the studio include a culture that encourages regular practice and, consequently, a developing sense of cognitive awareness, emotional control, and physical energy, which are all consequences of prioritizing daily calmness protocols.

  • It is recommended to participate in a minimum of three classes per week. With that, students typically notice a shift in mood and reactivity within two months. While every person has an individual journey, the reality that emotions and cognition are deeply impacted by physical states applies to all. The regular effort to control and understand such physiological states results in an ability to control them and their impact on subsequent emotion and cognition.

  • No, there are no risks if the meditation, breathwork, and posture techniques are practiced as instructed and within reason. If the body is pushed beyond personal limits, injuries such as strained muscles, tendons, or ligaments can occur. Beyond that, the only risk is the intentional discomfort of the techniques, which is no risk at all.

  • We’re very proud of our studio schedule and have designed it to serve all the needs of a serious modern yogi. We offer a Breathwork HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Meditation Fundamentals, Meditation Advanced, Hatha Yoga Sequence, The Books of Wisdom Book Club, and Devotional Chanting.

  • Most sessions are a convenient 30 minutes. Other classes range from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

  • Since you’ll be practicing in your home, we recommend using whatever makes you feel prepared. The basics are; for meditation and breathwork classes be sure to have a comfortable seat on the floor or in a chair. For the yoga class, the standard mat and towel should be enough.

  • Once you’ve made an account, to cancel your membership just access your profile by clicking on the menu at the top right of the screen. From there you’ll see an option to cancel your membership.
